The staff here were friendly and helpful, and our stay was really comfortable with a multi-channel TV, dining area, and sitting area; we highly recommend this venue.

Marvellous location so close to supermarkets, eateries, patisserie, restaurants, drug stores and convenient stores where the daily public transport pass could be bought, the train station and tourist attractions, and old town, everything perfect. Knowledgeable and helpful people work here.

This place is an amazing place to stay for visiting Quebec City, with really spacious rooms that have bunk beds.

The WiFi was consistently strong throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with calling a taxi and providing useful luggage storage service. The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to supermarkets, eateries, and public transportation.

The only drawback we experienced was the lack of a shelf or place to put shampoo and soap in the shower. It would have been helpful to have more dishwasher capsules for longer stays.

The apartment at Les Lofts Charest was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. The staff was friendly and kind, ensuring a pleasant experience.

There were some drawbacks to the stay. The check-in process was confusing and disorganized, resulting in a delay and frustration.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in a large, modern, and chic apartment. The loft was well-appointed, clean, and had all the creature comforts we could possibly wish for. We loved the fact that there were laundry facilities onsite, making it convenient for us to freshen up our clothes during our stay. the location was key as it was close to the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to visit. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

There were a few aspects that we weren't too thrilled about. First, we could hear people walking above our apartment, which was a bit annoying at times.
